If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unopened, with the original packaging and carton label intact.

• Not be worn, tried on, or used, due to hygiene reasons

Please note that any opened or used items cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending back your item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection.
